What EXACTLY is the KETOGENIC way of eating anyway?
The ketogenic diet (often termed keto) is a very low-carb, high-fat diet that shares many similarities with the Atkins and low-carb diets. It involves reducing carbohydrate intake to a minimum and replacing it with healthy fat.! The reduction in carbs puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis....we'll talk more about that in the next tab...but for now, here are a few samples of all of the GREATNESS that you can ENJOY!! This is NOT a diet, but a new way to program your body to BURN FAT...while reaping the benefits of eating ALL the awesome healthy fats (grass fed butter, avocado, nuts, seeds, cheeses) and proteins!
