Making lifestyle changes can be overwhelming; my Wellness Project was created to help you improve you and your family’s lifestyle.
The HH Wellness Project (HHWP) is a 30-day online wellness challenge that will help you develop and maintain healthy habits and overall well being. Have you struggled to lose weight, to stick to a healthy eating plan, to eat enough nutrient dense foods, Do you feel low energy? Do you feel like you are lacking support and motivation? Do you have trouble sticking to an n exercise regimen? Does your life feel cluttered and chaotic; do you wish you could feel more organized and happier? If you answered yes to any of these questions, than the HHWP is for you!
When you participate in a group challenge, you have the support of others to keep you motivated and feeling supported! In the group, you will also find great resources like recipes; workouts, tips and shortcuts that will help you maximize your results, and your LIFE!
The HH Wellness Project is about feeling your best. It’s about getting rid of what drags you down and replacing it with what brings positive energy to your life. NUTRITION, FITNESS & LIFESTYLE: I want to help you create a healthy body and mind!!
NUTRITION- Eat healthier! Whatever that may be for you, whether it's low carb, vegan, paleo....to simply increase your vegetable intake, reduce your sweets, cut down snacking...you name it, let's work on it!
FITNESS- Get more exercise! Doesn’t matter what it is (run, swim, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, biking, jogging…you name it) Let's just get that body moving EVERY DAY!
LIFESTYLE- Mindfulness, Organization, Meal Prepping, Week Planning, just all around, life elevating stuff!

Nutrition has a tremendous impact on overall health and will be a large part of this challenge. If you have been a follower of Healthy Haven for a while, you know that I am not a big advocate of refined white starch and sugars and I recommend removing them or at least significantly reducing them in your diet. But aside from that, I am all about clean and healthy ingredients! The fresher and closer to their natural state, the better!
Fitness is something that means different things to different people. Some of us are extremely active, some not active at all. This will not be meant as a competitive fitness challenge, but rather, just a personal improvement from our current level of fitness.
Lifestyle is all about making life more positive for you and your family. Whether it’s about home organizing tips, food prepping for the week, fun family activities, and teachable moments for kids, self help pointers, you name it.
