Today's lunch! I love a delicious healthy salad, especially when it's filled with textures and flavors! Today's salad was mixed baby greens, avocado chunks, halved cherry tomatoes, green onion slivers, and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds and roasted pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, fresh ground salt & pepper! This was so good, I devoured it! And so full of nutrients, veggies, and healthy fats!
